2. Warranty scope:
When the product fails under normal use and maintenance conditions, our company will provide you with after-sales service, technical support, maintenance, replacement or return according to the "after-sales warranty and three-guarantee service commitment"
"Conditions of normal use and maintenance" means: the installation, use, maintenance, storage, transportation, etc. of the product meets the requirements of the instructions for use and is used for a reasonable intended purpose or use.
"Affects normal use" means that the product does not perform the functions described by its standard performance parameters.
3. Repair process:
When you use our products to have abnormalities, you can give feedback in the following ways:

Spare machine provided: During the warranty period, when the product fails, special circumstances can not affect the normal operation of the client project, our company can provide spare equipment, please send the faulty product or accessories back to our after-sales maintenance department within one week of receiving the equipment.
Three guarantees service
Repair:
1-year warranty period (general standard, specific to the valid contract signed with the customer) Dekesi customer free repair or replacement of parts damaged due to product quality. Outside the warranty period, regardless of whether the parts are damaged by human factors or natural damage, only the cost of work will be charged when the parts are replaced or repaired.
Return:
Within 7 days (inclusive) from the date of purchase, when the Dekesi product does not meet the performance failure of the *product manual and the relevant national quality inspection standards, the user has the right to choose to return or repair. If you choose to return, you need to contact our business manager in advance, and after the approval of the business manager, send or send the faulty machine to the return and exchange department of Shibang Company (the delivery cost shall be borne by the sender), and our company will handle the return for the user free of charge. And according to the price at the time of purchase (subject to the purchase price at that time), the one-time refund of the payment.
Shifting:
Within 60 days (inclusive) from the date of shipment of the product, when the use of Dekesi products occurs in the environment specified in the product manual, when there is a non-artificial software and hardware performance failure that does not meet the 'product manual' and the relevant national quality inspection standards, the user has the right to choose to replace or repair.
If you choose to replace, you need to contact our business manager in advance, and after the business manager reports to the approval company, send or send the faulty machine to or send it to the return and replacement department of Dekesi Company (the delivery cost shall be borne by the sender), and our company will replace the same model and specification products or faulty accessories free of charge; If the product or accessory of the same model and specification has been discontinued, the product or accessory that is not lower than the performance of the original product will be replaced.
In any of the following cases, our company does not provide three-guarantee service:
The validity period of the three guarantees has exceeded
Failure to use, maintain or store in accordance with the requirements of product use causes failure or damage
The product cannot be used normally due to the use of pirated, non-standard, self-compiled or third-party software that is not publicly distributed
Failure or damage caused by abnormal reasons such as falling, extrusion, high temperature, corrosion, foreign object ingress, poor electricity environment, etc
Failure or damage caused by force majeure factors such as natural disasters and wars
If the product fails due to self-disassembly, repair, or installation without the authorization of our personnel, it cannot be identified as a product shipped by our company without relevant certificates
